We deliver within Australia and New Zealand using the Australia Post service.
You can choose either parcel post or express post. Please keep in mind we are based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria so allow an extra day for delivery.
PARCEL POST $7.95 Allow 2-5 days after processing
EXPRESS POST $10.95 Allow 1-3 days after processing

Orders sent to New Zealand have a flat rate of $20 AUD
OUT OF STOCK - we update our site’s product availability daily however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible that we will not be able to deliver the goods. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will let you know the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

What is your refund and returns policy?
Little Alpaca does not offer refunds on items due to change of mind, this includes if you have purchased the incorrect size or style.
We can offer either a credit note OR an exchange to another size or item that is in stock.
We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Please be aware that we quality check all garments before they are sent to you.
